The B series of rubber moulded wet pluggable bulkhead connectors have extended bodies and are designed for use in difficult mating situations with B series subsea cable connectors. They are available with 2, 4, 6 or 8 contacts and a maximum pressure rating of 10,000 psi. The connectors have 18 AWG pigtails and are supplied with aluminium bronze housings as standard. We offer an optional 316 stainless steel housing.
Only install with the pigtail on the low pressure side of the bulkhead or vessel. The pigtail-side pressure must not exceed the pressure applied to the connector side.
We stock the range of corresponding 115 volt/6.5 Amp rated B Series cable connectors.
The subsea connectors use a proven water expulsion mating process achieving ratings of up to 10,000 psi. Electrical power must be off before connecting or separating any of these products.
